Pour le compte d'un de nos clients qui est situé dans le Brabant Wallon, nous recherchons un.e Order Administration Assistant.En tant qu'Order Administration Assistant, vous intégrerez le département Order Administration d'une société anglaise qui se spécialise dans la location de bâtiments modulaires.Vous reporterez directement à l'Administration Manager.

En tant qu'Order Administration Assistant, vous serez responsable des tâches suivantes :

• Vous vérifiez les documents lors de la réception d'une commande ;
• Vous créez les contrats ainsi que les Services Orders dans le système ;
• Vous organisez et suivez la livraison de A à Z (planning, transport, réservation grue, émission et réception du bon de commande après travaux,…) ;
• Vous préparez le dossier de facturation ;
• Vous communiquez avec les clients pour le service après-vente ;
• Vous procédez à l'état des lieux et effectuez le suivi administratif en cas de dommages.

We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our dynamic Professional Services team for one of our Key Customers in the pharma industry based in Braine-L’Alleud.It is a full-time position with 1 day working from home.
 

What you will do

• We’re looking for someone that can be flexible to work at customer sites across Belgium when required
• Defining accelerators and project deliveries (documentation, templates, visualizations) to allow project tracking, planning, and controlling
• Collaborating with the IT Industrial and IT Security team to ensure the IT Framework is considered
• Interacts with all stakeholders (users, vendor, IT) to collect all necessary input information which are necessary to perform equipment review against the IT Framework
• Ensure all activities are on track and monitored
• Apply the IT Industrial governance process to the specificities of the project
• Report status and performance to the IT and Project Leader
• You will also have experience of assisting with managing projects, collating, and producing reports against defined requirements and deadlines
• You will need the ability to get on with people at all levels and have experience of working in a project team
