As Office Manager, you will perform the following tasks:
- Coordinating the daily operations and the running of the office: ordering office supplies, assuring quality office, liaising with the building concierge, the suppliers and stakeholders and working closely with the head office (for facilities, IT and finance services)
- Assisting the CEO and the business with administrative duties: handling agendas, coordinating projects where necessary, preparing documentations and presentations, assisting with correspondence and meetings coordination, handling travels arrangements, expense notes, etc.
- Coordinating the on- and offboarding of newcomers, preparing the payroll, maintaining employee records, adapting policies and procedures where necessary
- Assisting with the organisation of seasonal events (agendas, invitations, logistics, etc.)
- Leading ad-hoc administrative duties (reporting where necessary, database update, etc.)
