Our selected colleague will be taking over the position from his/her predecessor, following a well elaborated knowledge transfer, reporting to the IT Stores Director and supported by the whole IT and Business department.

As an IT Account Manager for Franchise, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the main liaison between IT and the franchise business.
- Collaborating closely with various IT departments to ensure cohesive operations.
- Supporting Regional Directors in their daily IT-related activities.
- Attending committees to represent and advocate for the IT department, while also exchanging viewpoints.
- Promoting and selling IT projects to stakeholders, and identifying alignment or areas for improvement when selling not possible.
- Challenging decisions within the IT department that impact the franchisee community.
- Centralizing and certifying communication from IT to franchisees and other stakeholders.
- Managing a zero-cost center approach for all costs reinvoiced to franchisees, ensuring accurate coverage, processing, and documentation.
- Fostering a franchisee-centric mindset within the IT department.
- Your role will be crucial in bridging the gap between IT and the franchise business, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on various initiatives.
Operational Tasks
- Respond to franchisee inquiries about deployed IT solutions and advocate for the underlying strategy.
- Develop sales documentation and present it across various channels, including Regional Meetings, Platform IT, Concertation Committee, End of Year Fair, online info sessions and trainings, and Lunch & Learn sessions.
- Manage monthly communications related to rebilling and overall cost management.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the rebilling process, acting as a safeguard against errors and omissions.
- Resolve longstanding issues, address complaints, and provide effective solutions to franchisees.
