Onze klant, een toonaangevende multinational actief in de retailsector, is op zoek naar een enthousiaste Demand & Inventory Planning Specialist.

In deze functie is de specialist verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en optimaliseren van het voorraadniveau in de Belgische en Luxemburgse filialen.De focus ligt op het garanderen dat de juiste artikelen op het juiste moment in de juiste winkels beschikbaar zijn.Bij afwijkingen in de planning speelt deze specialist een cruciale rol in de communicatie met stakeholders en het nemen van corrigerende maatregelen.

Jouw takenpakket als Demand & Inventory Planning Specialist:

* Analyse van nieuwigheden: Beoordelen van nieuwe voorstellen op tijdigheid, juistheid en volledigheid, met feedback aan Category Management.
* Forecasting: Opstellen en verrijken van verkoopvoorspellingen per artikel en filiaal in SLIM4, rekening houdend met marketing- en promotieactiviteiten.
* Resultaatanalyse: Evalueren van trade-, marketing- en promotionele acties en documenteren van leerpunten.
* Beheer van forecast-excepties: Behandelen van uitzonderingen in forecasts en voorraad, met zowel korte- als langetermijnoplossingen.
* Distributie van speciale artikelen: Coördineren van eenmalige distributies zoals gift sets en uitverkoopartikelen.
* Assortimentsbeheer: Doorvoeren van administratieve wijzigingen bij assortimentwijzigingen.
* Voorraadproblemen oplossen: Beantwoorden van vragen van winkels en leveranciers en bijdragen aan structurele oplossingen.
* Voorraadoptimalisatie: Voorstellen formuleren om de kwaliteit en het niveau van de winkelvoorraden te verbeteren.

You design state of the art architectures and advise customers on best practices for security that align with clients’ business objectives and compliance requirements.In addition, you are the client's first point of contact for everything related to these security solutions and you also know where to turn to within Uptime Security if the client is faced with other issues.
