Service Lead Digital Workplace Services
Role Overview: The Service Lead Digital Workplace Services will oversee various service activities required to deliver the Digital Workplace service to the BU staff.This role involves coordinating internal IT teams, a strategic IT partner, and other subcontractors, monitoring the IT request process, and resolving non-standard requests and complaints.The lead will develop programs and procedures to enhance the performance of Digital Workplace services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure end-user satisfaction within the BU (>80%).
- Coordinate internal and external service delivery teams.
- Monitor the quality, volumes, and costs of Digital Workplace services.
- Train the LBFA community on implementing the Digital Workplace catalog.
- Manage end-user adoption and communication.
- Act as project manager for small Digital Workplace projects.
- Report on Digital Workplace services to various steering committees.
