Job Description: As an electrical panel assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining electrical control panels, distribution boards, and control systems.You will work on various projects, ranging from industrial installations to complex building management systems, ensuring all electrical installations comply with current standards and specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Assembling and wiring electrical control panels and distribution boards according to technical drawings and specifications.
  • Installing electrical panels on-site, including pulling cables, connecting components, and conducting functional tests.
  • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations and panels.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during installation and maintenance tasks.
  • Inspecting and testing electrical systems to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
  • Documenting work processes and maintaining logs and reports.
  • Collaborating with engineers and project managers to execute installations and modifications efficiently and as planned.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in the workplace.

Role & Responsibilities:

In support of CNH global goals and beliefs, reports to the CBS Global Academy leader,  to be the global reference on the core CBS+ Academy Competence and Training process.

  • Global CBS Training Methodology management:

  • Provide methodological guidance on the best way to build the effective training packages, that deliver knowledge and practical application simultaneously (Kaizen / training packages, communities of practice, mentoring, storytelling process, …)

  • Validate the training packages provided by the CBS Regional teams and Global/Regional Subject Matter Experts regarding content and flow alignment with the methodological guidelines provided.

  • Collect feedback from participants and recommend items to be shared to the CBS specific Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the globe for the training material enhancement, following up to guarantee proper integration.

  • Training planning and execution management:

  • Create and maintain the process to certify experts needed by each region/area, with the support of the CBS leaders and SMEs who define the requirements.

  • Build, then maintain the training calendar for each methodology or tool.

  • Allocate certified facilitators efficiently to perform the trainings – in person, virtual or hybrid.

  • Ensure the basic levels of competence growth are certified globally, in line with guidelines provided.

  • Manage the competences through registration on the CNH LMS (CNH i.Learn).

  • Global Best Practices management and competence process integration:

  • Create and maintain the process to collect Best Practices from Kaizen, innovations, RCPS… and have them validated by experts.

  • Ensure that validated best practices are converted into effective knowledge articles and training materials, to facilitate extension.

  • Monitor & continuously improve the overall Best Practice process Extension to Point of Impact globally, to sustain and accelerate improvements of Focused Five results.
