Je neemt de leiding bij de opmaak van de masterplannen voor onze remodelings.Tijdens de uitvoering van zowel nationale als internationale projecten, begeleid en ondersteun je het uitvoeringsteam van tekenaar en projectmanager.Naast de “ultieme cinema” liggen er ook tal van andere vernieuwende interieurprojecten op de tekentafel.De opdrachtConceptontwikkeling en voorbereiding van de projecten Tekenen van interieurplannen en opmaken van moodboards & 3D voorstellingen.Meewerken aan de ontwikkeling van een slim en kostenbewust remodeling concept (opmaken van budgetramingen, sourcing naar materialen).Het volgen van de interieur trends.Integreren van “het concept” Uittekenen van een master plan voor de complexen.Voorbereiden ifv uitvoeringVerzamelen en analyseren van input van onze interne partners.Begeleiden van lichtstudies.Documenteren en beheren van onze concept tools: conceptbook, manuals voor uitvoeringen.Evalueren en analyseren van onze concepten (kwaliteit en kosten ifv innovatie en optimalisatie).Opvolgen van uitvoering pilootprojecten Opvolgen van lastenboek, meetstaat, kosten en planning.Overleg met de betrokken opdrachtgevers intern ifv finetuning van de briefing.Opvolgen en waken over de integratie van het concept tijdens de uitvoering van de werken.Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de manager ‘Head of Refresh & Remodeling’Jouw sterktesJe beschikt over een diploma (interieur) architect / designer.Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring in ontwerp en uitvoering van Retail en/of Horecaconcepten.Je kan moeiteloos werken met Auto.CAD, Sketchup & Adobe (grafische programma’s) en hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).Je hebt kennis van de geldende wetgevingen en normen en weet hoe ze te raadplegen.Ervaring met werfopvolging, budgetbeheer & techniekBewezen ervaring in conceptontwikkeling & realisatie van interieur projectenJe bent creatief en werkt efficiënt en nauwkeurig.Je gaat graag in dialoog met verschillende diensten en collega’s en je bent een echte teamplayer.Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands, Engels en Frans.Je kan je makkelijk vrijmaken voor kortstondige verplaatsingen naar het buitenland (Europa)..

Previous experience at Carrefour and a strong, positive and collaborative mindset is a must.


Context 

Carrefour Belgium wants to ensure continuity on the positive collaboration we created with our Franchisees in order to cope with major future challenges.
Our selected colleague will be taking over the position from his/her predecessor, following a well elaborated knowledge transfer, reporting to the IT Stores Director and supported by the whole IT and Business department.

As an IT Account Manager for Franchise, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Acting as the main liaison between IT and the franchise business.
* Collaborating closely with various IT departments to ensure cohesive operations.
* Supporting Regional Directors in their daily IT-related activities.
* Attending committees to represent and advocate for the IT department, while also exchanging viewpoints.
* Promoting and selling IT projects to stakeholders, and identifying alignment or areas for improvement when selling not possible.
* Challenging decisions within the IT department that impact the franchisee community.
* Centralizing and certifying communication from IT to franchisees and other stakeholders.
* Managing a zero-cost center approach for all costs reinvoiced to franchisees, ensuring accurate coverage, processing, and documentation.
* Fostering a franchisee-centric mindset within the IT department.
* Your role will be crucial in bridging the gap between IT and the franchise business, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on various initiatives.



Operational Tasks

* Respond to franchisee inquiries about deployed IT solutions and advocate for the underlying strategy.
* Develop sales documentation and present it across various channels, including Regional Meetings, Platform IT, Concertation Committee, End of Year Fair, online info sessions and trainings, and Lunch & Learn sessions.
* Manage monthly communications related to rebilling and overall cost management.
* Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the rebilling process, acting as a safeguard against errors and omissions.
* Resolve longstanding issues, address complaints, and provide effective solutions to franchisees.
