Als Digital Marketer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en optimaliseren van de digitale strategie van XLG om onze online zichtbaarheid te vergroten, de gebruikerservaring te verbeteren en gekwalificeerde leads te genereren.Je analyseert de prestaties van campagnes en de website om optimalisatiekansen op basis van data te identificeren.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden bestaan uit verschillende pijlers:

Lead-acquisitie

  • Uitrollen en optimaliseren van leadgeneratiecampagnes (SEA & SMA) in samenwerking met bureaus.
  • Verbeteren van de conversietunnels op de website en de landingspagina's om de prestaties te maximaliseren.


Contentcreatie & SEO

  • Schrijven en optimaliseren van SEO-friendly content (dienstenpagina's, blogartikelen, FAQ, etc.) om de organische zoekresultaten te versterken.
  • Werken aan de optimalisatie van metadata (titels, beschrijvingen, gestructureerde data) om de zichtbaarheid op zoekmachines te verbeteren.
  • Ontwerpen van verschillende digitale marketingmaterialen (nieuwsbrieven, Linked.In-berichten, dienstfiche's, etc.).
  • Zorgen voor de consistentie van de inhoud met de merkstrategie en de klantverwachtingen.


Beheer van digitale kanalen

  • Volgen en analyseren van de prestaties van campagnes en de website via Google Analytics en andere trackingtools.
  • Zorgen voor het onderhoud en het beheer van de XLG-websites om een goede werking en efficiëntie te garanderen.
  • Beheren van de technische aspecten van de verschillende XLG-websites (Word.Press en Webflow).


Ondersteuning van interne teams

  • Ondersteunen van het wervings- en selectie team bij het promoten van vacatures online.
  • Het commerciële team ondersteunen met digitale en printmateriaal die aan hun behoeften voldoen.
  • Bijdragen aan transversale digitale projecten (interne evenementen, online platforms, etc.).


Beheer van partners en bureaus

  • Coördineren en aansteken van leveranciers en bureaus die verantwoordelijk zijn voor SEA, SMA, webontwikkeling, enz.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Expert to strengthen our team.In this key role, you’ll drive IAM, access control, and security programs, ensuring strong governance, compliance, and efficiency across the organization.

Your Mission

As a Senior IAM Expert, you’ll lead the design, implementation, and optimization of identity and access solutions, aligning them with the company's security directives.Your expertise will ensure the integrity, security, and performance of our IAM processes.

Your Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert, guiding the organization through IAM and security programs.
Manage cross-functional tasks, including architecture design, project coordination, IT engineering, budget management (Fin.Ops), server capacity studies, and documentation updates (Atlassian Confluence).
Collaborate with key stakeholders – Product Owners, Developers, Testers, Vendors, Interdepartmental SPOCs, and Offshore Teams.
