Jobomschrijving

In deze veelzijdige functie, met een nationale focus, werk je op het snijvlak van business development, leadgeneratie, en relatiebeheer.Anders dan in een klassieke outside sales functie, werk je in deze rol grotendeels vanop kantoor en gebruik je verschillende tools om jouw doelpubliek (C-level profielen en bestuurders) te bereiken en groeikansen voor de organisatie te creëren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Business development en leadgeneratie:
  • Identificeren van interessante leads voor ledenwerving via mail, telefoon, sociale media en andere digitale tools.
  • Relaties bouwen en onderhouden met relevante stakeholders en zo het ledennetwerk van GUBERNA vergroten.
  • Relatiebeheer:
  • Vinger aan de pols houden bij bestaande en potentieel nieuwe leden en partners van GUBERNA om in te spelen op hun noden en behoeften.
  • Netwerkopportuniteiten creëren en benutten.
  • Salesproces optimaliseren: actief bijdragen aan de professionalisering van het salesproces en het beheren van leads in het CRM-systeem.
  • Resultaten behalen: prioriteiten bepalen en acties opzetten in functie van afgesproken targets.
