Onze klant, gelegen te Evere, is op zoek naar een dynamische B2B Marketing Manager om hun verkoopteam te versterken en marketinginitiatieven te leiden.Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten van gerichte verkoopcampagnes gericht op zowel bestaande klanten als nieuwe prospects.Een diepgaand begrip van digitale en geconnecteerde diensten, evenals hun impact op de levering van ondersteunende diensten, is cruciaal om uit te blinken in deze uitdagende rol.

Jouw takenpakket als Marketing Manager:

Als Marketing Manager is het je primaire rol om het verkoopteam te ondersteunen door boeiende inhoud te ontwikkelen die onze capaciteiten laat zien.Je speelt een belangrijke rol bij het opzetten van gerichte marketingcampagnes gericht op zowel bestaande klanten als het aantrekken van nieuwe prospects.

* Creëer en voer gerichte marketingcampagnes uit die gericht zijn op het betrekken en behouden van bestaande klanten, het stimuleren van upsells en het bevorderen van langdurige relaties.
* Blijf op de hoogte van trends en ontwikkelingen in de automarkt en geef bruikbare inzichten aan de verkoop- en productontwikkelingsteams.
* Gebruik marktonderzoek en -analyse om kansen voor groei en uitbreiding te identificeren.
* Ondersteun verkoopteams bij het opstellen van op maat gemaakte waardepropositieaanbiedingen en oplossingen die zijn afgestemd op de behoeften van potentiële klanten.
* Ontwikkel marketingmateriaal, presentaties en ander verkoopbevorderend materiaal om het verkoopteam te helpen bij hun klantgerichte activiteiten.

About the job

The business developer will assume a crucial role in developing the B2B activities within bpost (focus on Belgium but also international flows from Belgium).

  • Market research: Analyze the market to identify new business opportunities including potential customers, competitors and market trends.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential business customers to build long-term partnerships.
  • Cross-functional collaboration /Product development: as part of an agile squad whose objective is to build bpost's B2B business, the business developer must be able to work well with colleagues from operations, marketing and customer service
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement an effective sales strategy
  • Contract negotiations: Lead negotiations with customers/prospects that meet the squad's objectives
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Reporting: Report regularly to senior management on progress, performance and any challenges within the B2B logistics of parcels and pallets.
