Step into the role of a Regional Rewards Manager with a dynamic and globally recognized company.As part of the Global Reward team, you will implement and coordinate compensation programs and policies across the EMEA region.

The scope of responsibilities for this job include:

• You coordinate the annual rewards cycle for the EMEA, including salary reviews and bonuses;
• You act as a rewards advisor to leaders, HR, and employees on Rewards issues;
• You implement, monitor, and measure the delivery of global reward processes;
• You provide regional reward expertise, particularly in creating dashboards and analysis for HR and managers;
• You ensure local rewards competitiveness by analyzing benchmarks, data, and other relevant market information;
• You communicate reward trends, movements, and forecasts for the region;
• You contribute to successful total rewards, including policy setting, guidelines, and other practices;
• You collaborate on benefit communication, alignment, and support;
• You guarantee alignment of regional and local total reward initiatives with overall business objectives;
• You remain compliant with local compensation and benefits laws and regulations.

• Act as the main customer contact, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage EMEA sales orders, including transport, logistics, and communication.
• Ensure accurate documentation for Production and Storage site movements, especially hazardous goods.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain on terms, pricing, and availability.
• Handle problems collaborating with logistics and quality teams.
• Process post-sales documentation requests like certifications and technical info.

• Act as the main customer contact, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage EMEA sales orders, including transport, logistics, and communication.

• Be responsible for analyzing our brand positioning and consumer insights
• Support the development of an annual marketing strategy and plan (product management and marketing activities) for and with the brand team
• Translate the brand strategy into tactical plans and go-to-market strategies
• Work in close collaboration with Brand team members to ensure efficient implementation and alignment to achieve business objectives
• Work with the cross functional brand team members to develop the promotional materials that support our strategies and are in line with EMEA strategy
• Be responsible for driving the motivation of the Sales Force on brand aspiration (cycle and launch meetings).
• Partner with the cross-functional team on initiatives related to the brand
• Marketing Communication and Congresses support and operation
• Monitor and use Intelligence methods to stay ahead of market trends and competitive strategies
• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, and assess the return on investment and key performance indicators
• Maintain good relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Ensure to keep up to date with the developments in the market place.
• Represent and live the companies values.
