Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements for production processes and supply chain management.
• Map processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
• Conduct system and user acceptance testing.
• Provide training and support to end users.
• Monitor and report on project progress.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ideally 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the manufacturing sector.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (AX, NAV, or D365).
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus!
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Project management certification is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to the UK and possibly the US.
• Living near Zele

You will be a member of the SMT Africa.Finance department and will report to the Head of Finance.You will be in charge of reviewing monthly closing and reporting of your subsidiaries for all Aftersales Services.You will also manage the key performance indicators as well as coordinate the annual budget process for Aftersales Services.

As a Business Controller, you will be responsible for the following tasks for your subsidiaries:

• Responsible for the analysis of the monthly reporting package, of the key financial ratios for your countries ;
• Active involvement in the monthly closing work with local team ;
• Participation to the monthly Aftersales Business Reviews ;
• Coordinate the budget process of your subsidiaries (once a year) and forecast of the entities (twice a year) ;
• Support the countries' profitability by activity, and help in the overall performance tracking ;
• Be a real business partner to your stakeholders : Managing Directors & Aftersales Directors ;
• Aftersales Performance Tracking for all the subsidiaries ;
• Monitor all key actions impacting performance with particular attention to Aftersales ;
• Participate in the development and follow-up of key reports in Power BI
• Your visits to Africa (subject to global situation, of course) will help you to better assess the situation and support the entities ;
• Be an ambassador of the Group's policies as well as for the continuous improvement of accounting and business control procedures.

Your Responsibilities

As an Accounts Payable and Receivable (AR/AP) Accountant, you will be responsible for managing AR/AP processes for the Benelux region.Your main tasks will include:

• Daily processing of supplier invoices (digital) and bank statements.
• Managing payments.
• Creating and maintaining customer and supplier accounts.
• Contributing to an efficient credit collection process, ensuring timely follow-ups on receivables.
• Assisting with tax declarations, including VAT filings.
• Supporting cash flow planning, ensuring its reliability.
• Acting as the primary contact for bank-related operational issues.
• Providing ad hoc support for financial analyses and specific requests.

You will also play a key role in implementing and improving procedures to enhance the efficiency of AR/AP processes.
