Jouw takenpakket als planner bestaat uit:

• Je stelt de distributieplannen op voor de avonduren;
• Je zorgt ervoor dat de leveringen naadloos verlopen;
• Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams waaronder chauffeurs, magazijnmedewerkers en klantenserviceteams;
• Je helpt mee met het laden en lossen van goederen;
• Je beheert documentatie en assisteert bij logistieke processen indien nodig.

• Distributieplanning: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van gedetailleerde distributieplannen voor de avonduren, waarbij je rekening houdt met factoren zoals routeoptimalisatie, verkeerspatronen en klantvereisten.Je zorgt ervoor dat de leveringen naadloos verlopen en dat eventuele logistieke uitdagingen tijdig worden aangepakt.
• Samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams binnen ons bedrijf, waaronder chauffeurs, magazijnmedewerkers en klantenserviceteams, om ervoor te zorgen dat alle operationele aspecten soepel verlopen.Door effectieve communicatie en teamwork draag je bij aan een geïntegreerde en samenhangende werkomgeving.
• Hands-on aanpak: Je bent bereid om actief bij te dragen aan operationele taken, zoals het laden en lossen van goederen, het beheren van documentatie en het assisteren bij logistieke processen indien nodig.Met jouw hands-on mentaliteit en can-do houding ben je altijd klaar om een extra paar handen te bieden wanneer dat nodig is.
• Flexibele werktijden: Je werkt in een avondshift van 18:00 tot 02:30 uur, waarbij je beschikbaar bent om de distributieactiviteiten te plannen en te coördineren gedurende de drukste uren van de dag.

Voor onze klant gelegen te Sint Truiden, gespecialiseerd in aanbouwwerktuigen, zijn wij opzoek naar een onderhoudstechnieker.Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle (verhuur)machines steeds up to date blijven.Dit doe je door alle (verhuur)machines bij terugkomst grondig te controleren.

.Je kunt af en toe ook andere taken in huis uitvoeren, bijvoorbeeld maaltijden opwarmen, was en strijk, bedden opmaken en verschonen. .

• Strategy Implementation: Implement and execute planning and delivery strategies to maintain the lowest total supply chain cost.
• Collaboration with Purchasing: Work with direct materials purchasing to optimize delivery processes from supplier to plant, including aspects such as containers, batches, timing, frequency, and routes.
• Customer Delivery Optimization: Improve customer delivery processes by focusing on containers, batches, environmental concerns, and frequency of returnable containers.
• Cost Calculation and Evaluation: Calculate associated costs and evaluate additional opportunities, ensuring alignment with internal customers for informed product/project decisions.
• Team Communication: Maintain clear, consistent communication with teams across the company, including business development, member relations, and distribution, to facilitate coordination and collaboration.
• Process Optimization: Work closely with the Production Manager to optimize internal processes, identify weaknesses, and develop innovative systems to drive performance efficiency.
• Strategic Analysis: Conduct analysis on strategic decisions related to supply chain management.
• Financial Analysis: Collect and analyze financial data to make projections, drive strategy, and implement new operational initiatives.
• Risk Management: Identify supplier risks and formulate appropriate mitigation strategies with the Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) team.
• Process Documentation: Ensure process documentation meets all legal requirements and internal procedures.
• ERP Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the ERP system; lead ERP implementation if necessary.
• Production Balance: Optimize the balance between production lines, available capacity, and customer requests.
