  • Als Consolidation & Reporting Analyst ben je samen met je leidinggevende verantwoordelijk voor de planning, het opstellen en de coördinatie van de geconsolideerde financiële staten voor zowel interne (financiële directie, managementcomité en raad van bestuur) als externe gebruikers.
  • Je draagt bij tot het creëren van de periodieke geconsolideerde management rapportering en de geconsolideerde financiële staten.Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor de business unit controllers en voor de algemene boekhouding; je analyseert de aangeleverde cijfers en voert een kritische en gedetailleerde controle uit; je bereidt de periodieke management rapportering voor en draagt bij om het rapporteringsproces verder te stroomlijnen; je neemt deel aan het consolidatieproces alsook aan het opstellen van de geconsolideerde rapportering;
  • Je werkt mee aan de interne groepsrapportering naar Management Comité en Raad van Bestuur.
  • Je bereidt diverse subconsolidaties voor en voert de nodige controles uit;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk om intercompany transacties te monitoren en Accountancy in beweging te brengen om verschillen uit te klaren.Je stelt daarbij processen in vraag en stelt verbeteringen voor;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor onderhoud van de financiële masterdata en zoekt continu naar optimalisaties binnen het analytisch rekeningschema om de kwaliteit van interne en externe managementrapportering te bevorderen; Hierbij hoort tevens het coachen van het accountancy departement;
  • Je participeert mee in de diverse projecten rond het professionaliseren van de interne en de externe managementrapporteringen;
  • Je bereidt het financiële deel van het jaarverslag voor;
  • Je beantwoordt samen met je leidinggevende ad hoc vragen van verschillende afdelingen, directie en management;
  • Je bent aanspreekpunt voor externe auditor in het kader van de geconsolideerde jaarrekening;

What you're good at

  • You are quick on your feet: you dive into documents and become an expert in the client's business in no time.
  • You have a notion of best practices around software development project methodologies: Agile, Scrum, waterfall, iterative, and others.
  • You have experience with analyzing IT technical activities, mapping out processes, and facilitating workshops and interviews.
  • You have a solid foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure components.
  • You have excellent communication skills: you can effortlessly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and/or English.Proficiency in French is a big plus.
