The Key Account Manager Top 3 will represent, negotiate and sell products, cheeses and butter, with national brands and distributor brands to our top 5 clients (top 3 plus hard discount) with the objective of building a long-term relationship in order to market the products of an optimal way and maximize profitability.

Responsibilities:

Commercial Strategy

  • Build the annual business plan in collaboration with the Sales Manager
  • Develop action plans for the customer via market reviews and assortment recommendations
  • Anticipate with the Sales manager major developments in the medium term and build scenarios

Client relationship management

  • Analyze and implement opportunities with clients
  • Analyze, prepare, negotiate and evaluate annual agreements
  • Translate the Marketing Plan into concrete proposals for the client
  • Presentations of the proposed market analyzes
  • Manage budgets, rebate policy, etc.for these customers optimally
  • Work with Trade Marketing to make the best use of the data made available

Clients follow up

  • Approve invoices and track expenses
  • Inform the Sales Assistant of actions, promotions, assortment, etc.
  • Updating "customer conditions" documents and communicating on this subject
  • Inform the Sales department about the negotiation and customer requests (report of customer visits)

Coordination

  • Inform other departments (Supply, marketing, international teams) about negotiations, actions, assortment, conditions, etc.
