You will be IT technically responsible for 

  • managing IT Infrastructure & Information Systems Security project portfolios 
  • drawing up the infrastructure roadmap and its changes 
  • setting IT infrastructure standards and ensuring that they are followed through in the various implementations 
  • designing IT and OT infrastructure solutions. 

More specifically, as Team Manager, you will have the following responsibilities: 

  • People/Resource Management 
  • You will be responsible for prioritising the team's activities 
  • You will ensure that resources are matched to the workloads requested, in terms of numbers and profiles required 
  • You ensure that the team is dynamic and motivated 
  • You ensure proper communication, both top-down and bottom-up 
  • You support the individual development of your team members

You will prepare the department's budget for the following years and monitor current years.

You will be responsible for the contractual management of our service providers (monitoring contracts, tracking services, reviewing SLAs, etc.).

You will draw up the Infrastructure and Security Roadmap in collaboration with the Security Officer and the Infrastructure Architect, and oversee its implementation (€1.5m/year).In collaboration with the Architects, you will define the guidelines for infrastructure principles and ensure that they are applied.

We are looking for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Senior Expert to strengthen our team.In this role, you will be pivotal in guiding the organization through various identity, access management, and security programs, ensuring robust governance and compliance.

Mission Description:
As the IAM Senior Expert, you will oversee the design, implementation, and enhancement of identity and access solutions that align with AXA's security guidelines.Your expertise will ensure the integrity, security, and efficiency of our identity management processes.

Tasks Description:

  • Serve as an expert, guiding the organization through identity and access management (IAM) and security programs.
  • Execute multi-disciplinary tasks, including designing architecture paths, project coordination, IT engineering, budget management (Fin.Ops), server capacity studies, and updating application documentation using Atlassian Confluence.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including Product Owners, Developers, Testers, Vendors, cross-department SPOCs, and Offshore teams.
  • Oversee the evolution of Access Management tooling and ensure timely delivery of fixes, patches, and upgrades.
  • Ensure end-to-end delivery of projects and report progress to senior management.
  • Mentor junior team members and ensure processes are followed.
  • Act as a key contact person in the domain, promoting and sharing relevant information to support decision-making (Gatekeeper).
  • Facilitate and structure the exchange of Access Management knowledge and expertise both internally and transversally.
