Supply chain: operational purchasing

- Lead RFQ for operational purchasing

- Translate demand plan into components purchase plan based on MRP system, place and maintain purchase order, daily follow up ensure timely order receipt.

- Manage and optimize components inventories, set up the correct measurement for components purchase planning.

- Work together with Strategic Purchaser to develop innovative procurement strategies, such as supplier frame order agreement

- Maintain the purchasing data in ERP system (delivery confirmation, lead time, SS, vendor info.etc)

- Monitor supplier performance (on-time delivery, lead time, defect rate) regularly contact suppliers to build reliable partnership, including managing the monthly forecast communication with suppliers.

As a Supply Chain Specialist , you will ensure the smooth delivery of coffee from its origin to the customer, meeting deadlines while maintaining the highest level of service, managing all the logistical services.

• Service customers with the highest standards of timing and communication,
• Proactively inform customers of delays, propose solutions, and manage related documentation,
• Coordinate shipments by providing instructions to suppliers, forwarders and shipping lines,

• You will play an integral role in the new logistics capacity project, from blueprint development and simulation to integration, commissioning,…up to successful go-live.
• You translate diverse process improvement initiatives into well-defined, actionable project plans, ensuring flawless execution and follow-up.
• You ensure smooth project delivery by building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
