Description
- Management of a customer portfolio
- Prepare quotes and send them to the customer or sales manager
- Provide support to the sales department for all information concerning the monitoring and management of files
- Control, process and launch orders for spare parts and complete equipment after collecting all the technical and commercial documents and data necessary for the proper execution of the order
- Assist the sales director in the preparation of commercial offers and the reading of sales contracts
- Keep files up to date in the ERP system
- Manage the invoicing of customer files and ensure compliance with the conditions set by finance.
- Point of contact: you are the client's main contact for questions related to the follow-up of a file (production deadlines, transport, etc.)
- Monitoring the progress of files until delivery of materials (coordinate shipments of orders)
