You will collaborate on the implementation of Dynamics 365 to replace the existing software.

Primary Tasks and responsibilities

  • You are responsible for analysing the needs of internal customers.You collect their questions, prioritise them, analyse them, search for the best possible solution together with the architect(s) and fellow analysts, design a prototype in Dynamics and have it validated by the internal customer
  • You pass on the validated requirements and prototype to the developers
  • You test out the delivered solution and then ask the customer to test and validate it
  • In cooperation with the other team members, you ensure that the team can work efficiently and independently according to the scrum principles
  • If you have experience as or are interested in a product owner role, we can look at evolving towards this
  • If you have extensive experience as an analyst, we can look at helping to coach junior analysts

Tasks Description:

  • Serve as an expert, guiding the organization through identity and access management (IAM) and security programs.
  • Execute multi-disciplinary tasks, including designing architecture paths, project coordination, IT engineering, budget management (Fin.Ops), server capacity studies, and updating application documentation using Atlassian Confluence.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including Product Owners, Developers, Testers, Vendors, cross-department SPOCs, and Offshore teams.
  • Oversee the evolution of Access Management tooling and ensure timely delivery of fixes, patches, and upgrades.
  • Ensure end-to-end delivery of projects and report progress to senior management.
  • Mentor junior team members and ensure processes are followed.
  • Act as a key contact person in the domain, promoting and sharing relevant information to support decision-making (Gatekeeper).
