As Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in the sales team, responsible for identifying and building strong clients relationships.This role will require a dynamic person who is comfortable working in a mix of office and home office settings, as well as meeting clients in the horeca industry face to face.
- Understand the unique needs of each client and bring tailor made solutions to meet those needs and close the deal
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth (cross/up selling)
- Work closely with the sales manager.
