Key Responsibilities:

  • Job management:
    • Draft engaging job advertisements: write compelling job ads and post them on various job boards to attract quality candidates.
  • Candidate management:
    • Prepare candidate profiles: gather and format CVs for our recruitment consultants to facilitate candidate presentations to the clients.
    • Engage with candidates whenever necessary: proactively communicate with them by email to request their CVs, references, company information or confirm interviews.
  • Contract management:
    • Support the contract process: assist in handling the contract process by establishing new contracts, updating existing agreements, gathering signatures, and ensuring the timely collection of timesheets, invoices, and insurance documents.
    • Track assignments and provide information: create and manage assignments in our systems while providing accurate and timely information to the Finance department.
    • Assist in monthly closing: collaborate with the Finance team to support monthly closing tasks, including compiling lists, forecasting, uploading documents, and sending reminder emails.
  • Internal follow-up
    • Maintain accurate data records: keep our clients, candidates, jobs database, boards and lists up to date by recording all relevant data accurately and efficiently.
    • Generate weekly and monthly reports to track recruitment metrics and support commercial actions.
  • Ad-hoc tasks:
    • Collaborate on marketing initiatives: Assist the marketing team with commercial actions, including email campaigns, events, and other promotional activities.
