Legile is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a AI Governance Specialist.In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.You will work closely with our clients to develop governance frameworks, policies, and best practices that promote transparency, accountability, and fairness in AI-driven systems.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to assess their AI initiatives involving generative AI technologies and identify potential ethical concerns and risks.
- Research and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and trends in generative AI, particularly focusing on ethical implications and governance strategies.
- Design and implement governance frameworks and policies tailored to the specific needs and values of each client, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and training to client teams on best practices for ethical design, development, and deployment of generative AI systems.
- Conduct audits and assessments of existing generative AI systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulations.
- Stay abreast of emerging ethical standards and participate in industry discussions and initiatives related to AI governance.
Qualifications:
- Master degree in computer science, engineering, ethics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and transformer-based models.
- Knowledge of ethical principles and frameworks relevant to AI governance, such as fairness, transparency, accountability, and explainability.
- Experience developing and implementing governance frameworks or policies for AI technologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
