Logistiek:

* Naleving van regelgeving in samenwerking met de adviseur gezondheid & veiligheid.
* Inkoopplanning in samenwerking met Sales & Marketing, met continue monitoring en optimalisatie van de voorraaddekking.
Rapportage:
* Opstellen van diverse rapportagedocumenten, voornamelijk met betrekking tot voorraadniveaus.
* Maandelijkse rapportages en periodieke verzoeken van partners.
* Deelname aan de voorbereiding van budgetten en laatste schattingen.
Speciale Projecten:
* Leiden van veranderingen in magazijn- en logistieke procedures.
* Aanpassen aan nieuwe wetgeving en updates van ERP-systemen.
* Optimalisatie en coördinatie van IT-stromen.
Douane & Accijnzen:
* Toezicht houden op de douane- en accijnzenfunctie.
* Zorgdragen dat de douane- en accijnzenagent effectief kan werken in samenwerking met de logistieke afdeling.
* Hulp bieden waar nodig.
Faciliteitenbeheer:
* Continu exploiteren en verbeteren van de bedrijfsinfrastructuur.
* Beheren van alle aspecten van het gebouwbeheer.
Proactieve Coördinatie:
* Samenwerken met het managementteam, inclusief Finance, Marketing, Sales en General Managers, om de bedrijfsdoelen te realiseren.
