Voor ons dynamische team zijn we op zoek naar een Planning & Admin Support die verantwoordelijk is voor het organiseren en beheren van de planning van onze inspecteurs.Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je voor een vlekkeloze administratie rondom voertuigdossiers.

Wat ga je doen?

• Klantencontact: Behandelen van inkomende en uitgaande oproepen en begeleiden van klanten met hun vragen.

• Planning: Het beheren en optimaliseren van de planning voor onze inspecteurs.

• Dossierbeheer: Creëren, opvolgen en controleren van voertuigdossiers en andere documenten.

• Probleemoplossing: Oplossingen zoeken voor praktische problemen en zorgen dat alles soepel verloopt.

• Controletaken: Uitvoeren van administratieve controles en bijdragen aan een efficiënte workflow.

Your role:

• You perform visual and dimensional inspection on dismantled parts in accordance with applicable procedures;
• You assess parts (good as is, repair or scrap), modules or engine through the ERP system and launch necessary actions;
• You apply the appropriate materials, tools and methods;
• You ensure the traceability of the work by administratively closing the tasks performed;
• You determine the future configuration of parts or modules;
• You perform the 'incoming inspection' of parts after repair or of pieces being purchased;
• You perform the final inspection after internal repair.
