Je zal deel uitmaken van het IP-team van het bedrijf dat toezicht houdt op de intellectuele eigendommen van de organisatie en deze beheert op een manier die hun waarde maximaliseert en beschermt tegen inbreuk of misbruik.



Jobomschrijving

De intellectual property officer rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de IP-manager van het bedrijf met als doel onze IP-activiteiten uit te breiden en te versnellen en tegelijkertijd te blijven werken aan de langetermijnstrategie.

Deze activiteiten omvatten het beschermen en exploiteren van het intellectuele eigendom om hun waarde te maximaliseren en het risico op inbreuk te minimaliseren.

Hier zijn enkele voorbeelden van de taken op het gebied van intellectueel eigendom die je krijgt toegewezen

Ontwikkelen en beschermen van de intellectuele eigendommen van de organisatie, zoals patenten, ontwerpen, handelsmerken, auteursrechten en handelsgeheimen.
Ervoor zorgen dat de organisatie geen inbreuk maakt op de intellectuele eigendomsrechten van anderen.
Geschillen of rechtszaken met betrekking tot intellectueel eigendom beheren.
De administratie van het intellectuele eigendom van de organisatie bijhouden en bijwerken.
Ervoor zorgen dat de relevante wet- en regelgeving met betrekking tot intellectueel eigendom wordt nageleefd.
Samenwerken met andere afdelingen en belanghebbenden binnen de organisatie om strategieën voor intellectueel eigendom af te stemmen op algemene bedrijfsdoelen (R&D, PMO, Product Management.).

  • Billing Preparation & Adjustments: Assist in preparing bills by verifying client data, calculating billable amounts, and performing necessary adjustments (e.g., splitting, transferring, or writing off entries).
  • Invoice Management: Make minor amendments to finalized invoices, issue credit notes, and maintain updated billing data as required.
