• Je coacht en begeleidt een team van 5 business- en functioneel analisten in de basisprincipes van functionele analyse.
• Je vertaalt bedrijfsprocessen en gebruikerswensen naar functionele requirements voor het IT team.
• Je zorgt ervoor dat de zelfontwikkelde applicaties naadloos aansluiten op de behoeften van de business.
• Als IT Functional Analyst schrijf je user stories, stel je acceptatiecriteria op en begeleid je het ontwikkelproces van begin tot eind.

• Je werkt nauw samen met de Business (Process) Analysts en IT Developers om de functionaliteiten te analyseren, verzamelen en prioriteren.
