What will you be doing at Agristo?

• Training new employees in the technical department: you guide them through their first weeks and months with a focus on safety and technical skills.
• Developing experienced employees: you provide a hybrid learning offering tailored to their specific learning needs and goals through digital and face-to-face training.
• Delivering training: you conduct classroom and on-the-job training, stimulating practical application via test setups and exercises.
• Developing learning materials: together with the L&D Advisor, you design effective training materials for the technical department and continuously optimize learning solutions.
• Tracking results: you closely monitor participants' progress, provide constructive feedback, and manage all actions in our Learning Management System (LMS).
• Encouraging collaboration: you work closely with employees, supervisors, managers, buddies, and process engineers in the technical department to ensure training success.
• Continuous development: you stay updated on the latest developments in your field and contribute to fostering a strong learning culture on your campus.

What will you be doing at Agristo?As Campus Lead, you take charge of the entire learning policy for our site in Nazareth: You lead the campus at the Nazareth plant, which is part of the larger Agristo Academy. You manage a team of four technical trainers, responsible for transferring technical knowledge and skills across various departments.You also lead an L&D Advisor, the site’s key expert in learning.Together, you support the trainers with didactic expertise, teach them the ins and outs of the trainer’s role, and help them find the best learning solutions to achieve their goals. You oversee the learning offerings developed for your plant.You report to the HR Manager while aligning content with the L&D team at group level. You analyze the plant’s learning needs with your team, set priorities, and provide appropriate solutions: Ensuring every new employee has a proper onboarding program.Delivering learning opportunities for every employee to foster all forms of growth. You act as a business partner for the plant’s management team to improve results through effective and efficient learning.Together with managers and HR BPs in Nazareth, you work to build a growth mindset and a learning culture. You optimize the learning policy in collaboration with the group level L&D team and implement or improve processes, systems, and tools.You work closely with the L&D team leads from other sites (Harelbeke, Wielsbeke, HQ, and Tilburg). Learning, developing, and growing have no secrets for you.

You map out the learning needs and objectives clearly and are supported in this process by the L&D Advisor, who will teach you the tricks of the trade.You deliver training sessions both in the classroom and on the work floor. You continuously evaluate the efficiency of the learning solutions and optimize them where necessary.You track participants' progress, provide them with the necessary feedback, and communicate this to their direct supervisor, HRBP, and packaging manager. You foster close collaboration with various stakeholders: employees, team leaders, managers, buddies, process engineers, etc., making every step of the training process open for discussion.You manage all actions within our Learning Management System. To ensure your training sessions remain relevant, you stay updated on the latest developments in your area of expertise.Together with your campus team, you work to promote a growth mindset and learning culture within your domain.
