As an E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in our technical team, responsible for overseeing a wide range of electrical and instrumentation projects.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work planning and execution: Plan, schedule, and implement electrical/instrumentation works from inception to completion, including requirements determination, deadlines setting, cost estimation, and coordination with other parties.
  • Electrician and technician supervision: Manage and oversee electricians and electrical technicians, ensuring accurate, safe, and on-schedule task completion, while providing guidance and addressing issues.
  • Safety compliance and risk management: Conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, implement safety procedures, and train staff to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Quality control: Conduct daily inspections to maintain the quality of electrical work, ensuring that installations and repairs meet industry standards and client specifications.
  • Maintenance and repair: Oversee routine and preventive maintenance tasks, and repair electrical systems and equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Documentation and record keeping: Maintain accurate records of all electrical work, including blueprints, schematics, maintenance logs, and inspection reports.
  • Communication and collaboration: Maintain open lines of communication with team members, clients, and management, and collaborate with other departments and contractors to ensure project success.

Electrical Design Engineer

In the role of the Electrical Design Engineer you will have the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will work together with the other draftsmen (electrical and technical), programmers and project engineer within the engineering team.
  • You are also in close contact with the purchasing department, work preparation, workshop and technicians.
  • You follow up projects from the electrical perspective from the drawing board to the finished end product.
  • You will be responsible for the electrical design of the projects.
  • You participate actively in design reviews and project assignments.
  • You maintain the knowledge necessary for optimisations and innovations.
  • You interpret P&IDs and think functionally about the operation of the machine and, in consultation with the head of the department, keep track of the design decisions in the risk analysis and the construction file of the machine.
  • You work in a highly structured way and have an eye for planning, standardisation and cost-saving.
  • You draw up the I/O lists and check the electrical diagrams, you follow up the board construction, the as-built creation of the electrical diagrams and ensure the preparation of the electrical assembly of the installations at the customer's site (on-site wiring, electrical connections, industrial network, signal exchanges for automation)
  • You process the electrical bill of materials in the in-house ERP system.
  • You prepare the construction file, operational and maintenance manuals in the project language.(Nl, E, F)
  • You follow up the construction of the installations in the workshop and feedback "lessons learned" to the department.
  • You report to the Engineering Manager.

In this role you will be part of our international operational excellence team based in Belgium.The job is based in our HQ in Belgium (close to Brussels).30% travel is foreseen.



The Global Plant Maintenance Manager role is a key role within the Puratos organization.


In this position, you will make sure we have maintenance and reliability programs in place to improve the technical reliability of the production lines and increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness ( OEE )



You will report to the Group Engineering Director (Matrix) & to the Group Operational Excellence Program Manager.





In this role, you will:



Optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness: Support local sites to reduce breakdown time, improve reliability of assets (production lines & utilities) and reduce Total Cost of Ownership.


Further develop and deploy the global Plant Maintenance strategy Define/implement Plant Maintenance capability building plan with skills requirements and development path for all levels across the organisation.


Evaluate Asset ( Production, Packaging line & Utilities) performance and utilization by implementing tools & methods.


Also, coach and support the local plants.Keep up to date with latest technical/technological evolution in asset care in the food industry.


Develop standard specifications and design recommendations for equipment such as compressors, pumps, valves and packaging equipment.
