Key Accountabilities:


You will manage projects in Applied RD


* You define & develop, in close collaboration with the markets, the product range including innovations and renovations of products, services and processes.


* You accelerate the implementation of Puratos Grains & Seeds solutions by mastering the customer's processes


* You initiate, develop and maintain relationships and/or partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, such as suppliers, industrial equipment manufacturers, upstream research team, universities, research centers,…


* You screen, select and implement new processing technologies, from lab tests to pilot scale (in house or at supplier premises)


* Train, transfer knowledge and competences and facilitate the exchange between all relevant stakeholders




You support and advice Quality & Operations


* You lead the new product handover to Operations


* You collaborate with Operations for challenges and opportunities (incl production, supply chain, quality and purchasing) and for the installation of new lines




You support countries and business development


* You support the implementation of strategic, international and local innovation and renovation projects


* You are an active member of the business development team by strongly supporting customer visits and understanding customer needs, travelling up to 30% of your time

  • Knowledge Management: Document solutions and keep documentation up-to-date, becoming the go-to resource for colleagues and business stakeholders.
  • Roadmap Collaboration: Work closely with users, suppliers, and other stakeholders to develop and manage roadmaps for improvements, bug fixes, and incident resolution.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the expert for the applications, reports, and dashboards you manage, providing guidance to colleagues and business stakeholders.
  • Architectural Alignment: Ensure alignment with existing business and solution architecture, consulting with Enterprise, System, and Solution Architects as needed.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Als Business Development Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van accountplannen voor nieuwe accounts.Jij werkt nauw samen met experten om maatwerkoplossingen binnen de logistiek te leveren.
  • Daarnaast bouw je een uitgebreid netwerk op, zowel intern als extern, en benader je actief potentiële accounts.
  • Je kan complexe bedrijfsstructuren en processen doorgronden en weet je de belangen van verschillende stakeholders te managen én waarde toe te voegen aan het verkoopproces.
  • Zorgdragen voor een correcte opvolging van alle relevante accountinformatie in Sales.Force.
  • Onderhandelen en closen van belangrijke commerciële contracten (SLA's) voor het opzetten van langdurige samenwerkingen tussen partijen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen het internationale sales team en rapporteert aan de business unit directors.

Is Plant Maintenance Management your core expertise and do you have the experience and the ambition to drive to the next level the way we manage Plant Maintenance across our production units spread in 50 countries worldwide?


In this role you will be part of our international operational excellence team based in Belgium.The job is based in our HQ in Belgium (close to Brussels).30% travel is foreseen.



The Global Plant Maintenance Manager role is a key role within the Puratos organization.


In this position, you will make sure we have maintenance and reliability programs in place to improve the technical reliability of the production lines and increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness ( OEE )



You will report to the Group Engineering Director (Matrix) & to the Group Operational Excellence Program Manager.





In this role, you will:



Optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness: Support local sites to reduce breakdown time, improve reliability of assets (production lines & utilities) and reduce Total Cost of Ownership.


Further develop and deploy the global Plant Maintenance strategy Define/implement Plant Maintenance capability building plan with skills requirements and development path for all levels across the organisation.


Evaluate Asset ( Production, Packaging line & Utilities) performance and utilization by implementing tools & methods.


Also, coach and support the local plants.Keep up to date with latest technical/technological evolution in asset care in the food industry.


Develop standard specifications and design recommendations for equipment such as compressors, pumps, valves and packaging equipment.
