Jouw takenpakket als Senior Accountant:

* Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige boekhouding van enkele buitenlandse vennootschappen en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de buitenlandse compliance kantoren;
* Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor allerhande vragen aangaande de vennootschappen;
* Je volgt de CAPEX (incl.afschrijvingen) van alle vennootschappen nauwkeurig op;
* Je staat in voor de maandelijkse opvolging aangaande BTW- en INTRASTAT aangiften met de compliance kantoren en bereidt de BTW-omzet vergelijkingen voor;
* Je zorgt voor de opmaak van betalingsbestanden en houdt de openstaande posten nauwkeurig in de gaten;
* Je bent eveneens verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van de huurovereenkomsten die tot jouw entiteiten behoren;
* Je werkt nauw samen met de verantwoordelijke van de moedervennootschap aangaande de intercompany facturatie;
* Je behoudt te allen tijde het overzicht van alle rekeningen (provisies, te ontvangen CN's en facturen,…);
* Je rapporteert de cijfers van je entiteiten binnen de opgegeven deadlines aan de business controller bij de periodieke afsluitingen;
* Je helpt actief mee in het verbeteren van de boekhoudkundige processen;
* Je staat in voor ad hoc administratieve taken;
* Je geeft assistentie aan andere boekhoudkundige functies en helpt actief mee met de audit van je entiteiten.

Project Engineer

For our customer a specialist in steel we are looking for a Project Engineer.

  • You will lead and manage a range of NPI/ Engineering Change projects through the project life cycle from sales handover to full production, reporting directly to the Project Manager (based in the UK).
  • Working closely with our Suppliers/ Customers and internal cross-functional teams you will ensure that quality parts are delivered to our world class Customers on time, in scope and within budget.

Main duties are:

  • Ensuring the standardised APQP process is followed with all supporting documentation present and accounted for
  • Lead and organise technical reviews with the supplier, assessing supplier control processes and ensuring correct validation of all PPAP/ quality documentation.
  • Working with the supplier, providing technical leadership to ensure samples and pre-production parts are delivered appropriately and on time.
  • Review the supplier manufacturing process to ensure it is capable of achieving repeatable quality over the product life.
  • Develop a close working relationship with the customer, being the key technical contact, understanding and managing the customer specifications/ promoting the voice of the customer during the project phase and after completion.
  • Ensure PPAP completion and approval prior to production handover and delivery of the new parts.
  • Creation and maintenance of the project tracking timeline and project files.
