Our client is an international company headquartered in the Antwerpen region with over 30 years of experience at the international scale.They are looking for an IT Manager acting as a primary stakeholder in project coordination (applications and infrastructure) as well as technologies related to SAP within the company.

The IT Manager is a key stakeholder in project coordination concerning all IT-related matters within the company.This individual will collaborate with internal business stakeholders and external support partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.The role requires a business-focused expert who can advocate for user needs and take the necessary actions for planning and support.

Key responsibilities:

Business System Support:

  • Act as a super-user and system expert for SAP (ERP), specifically for the S4Hana and Coupa modules (with 80% of the projects being finance-related).
  • Understand the architecture and process flows of ERP, Process Control, and related manufacturing systems
  • Monitor system health and stability.
  • Troubleshoot and address system issues, outages, and functional needs, engaging support partners as needed
  • Support business users as a subject matter expert on existing and proposed system functionality
  • Act as program manager and project stakeholder for system upgrades and enhancements



End User Support:

  • Act as the first responder for user desktop issues (hardware and software), engaging the help desk and support partners as needed.
  • Facilitate requests for purchases.
  • Observe and anticipate user needs, and make appropriate recommendations for improvement.



Infrastructure, Process and Policy:

  • Assist users in understanding IT Policy, Process, and Systems.
  • Support business leadership in strategic planning and project oversight.
  • Coordinate site activities for upgrades and system maintenance.
  • Make recommendations for enhancements that will improve system function, capabilities, and stability.

  • Retrieve, aggregate and compile data from multiple sources into an actionable format to enable effective decision-making.

What you're good at

  • You are quick on your feet: you dive into documents and become an expert in the client's business in no time.
  • You have a notion of best practices around software development project methodologies: Agile, Scrum, waterfall, iterative, and others.
  • You have experience with analyzing IT technical activities, mapping out processes, and facilitating workshops and interviews.
  • You have a solid foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure components.
  • You have excellent communication skills: you can effortlessly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and/or English.Proficiency in French is a big plus.

As OQM, you will be an indispensable partner of the operational teams - specifically at our Clinical Pharmacology Unit (CPU) in Edegem - in the management of their part of the quality system.As such, you will gain insight into the different investigator site processes applicable for the conduct of clinical trials for pharma and biotech companies from start to finish.

Your responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities are the following:

  • Collaborate with the assigned operational teams at CPU to improve quality and maintain high quality standards throughout the organization by:
    • Developing and maintaining operational quality (SOPs, WIs, CDs, and manuals and various guidance documents) and personnel documents
    • Leading the non-conformance management process by guiding the teams through the risk assessment of non-conformances, Root Cause Analyses and formulation of CAPA Plans or corrections
    • Supporting the teams by providing additional explanation on topics relating to quality documents/process improvements, development of trainings (e.Learnings, classroom trainings) together with the QA training department
    • Proposing changes to operational quality documents and associated training to improve the quality system
    • Initiating process improvements / efficiencies where needed
    • Supporting the teams in performing their daily work in a consistent and efficient way, by the creation of operational checklists, guidance documents, etc.
  • As assigned, assist in the further development of the new SGS CR electronic Quality Management System.
  • In general, participate in / facilitate cross-functional discussions and working groups related to any aspect of quality at the CPU, to create or optimize cross-functional procedures, or to look for efficiencies in processes, systems, and collaboration.

For our client, we are looking for a Functional consultant Dynamics 365 to join an existing Scrum team.

You will collaborate on the implementation of Dynamics 365 to replace the existing software.

Primary Tasks and responsibilities

  • You are responsible for analysing the needs of internal customers.You collect their questions, prioritise them, analyse them, search for the best possible solution together with the architect(s) and fellow analysts, design a prototype in Dynamics and have it validated by the internal customer
  • You pass on the validated requirements and prototype to the developers
  • You test out the delivered solution and then ask the customer to test and validate it
  • In cooperation with the other team members, you ensure that the team can work efficiently and independently according to the scrum principles
  • If you have experience as or are interested in a product owner role, we can look at evolving towards this
  • If you have extensive experience as an analyst, we can look at helping to coach junior analysts
