As Plant Senior Supervisor you will provide strategic operational oversight for all production and operating process for a single plant or multiple plants with moderate complexity.In this role, you will oversee safety, quality, operational effectiveness and financial performance.

• Ensures employee, food and feed safety and environmental compliance program standards and goals are implemented.
• Accountable for all internal and external operating and regulatory procedures on employee, food and feed safety
• including strategic and tactical execution in alignment with corporate environment, health and safety and food safety,
• quality and regulatory functions as well as government regulations.
• Establish and deploy operational priorities for a single plant or multiple plants with moderate complexity.
• Leads strategic and tactical operations and quality management deliverables to ensure customer, product and quality
• standard requirements are met within specifications.
• Leads, directs and controls capital and operating budgets for a single plant or multiple plants with moderate complexity to achieve medium term outlook financial performance objectives set by the business.
• Ensure and hold direct reports accountable for meeting and controlling operating expenses and established targets.
• Oversee the overall operational management and implement operational efficiency improvements which may include
• standardization of plant information manufacturing systems, quality control, safety, production reliability excellence
• and maintenance and operators best practices.

In de rol van Bouwkundig Supervisor Industrie heb je veel verantwoordelijkheden in verschillende divisies:

- Bestuderen van Opdrachten: Bespreken van opdracht met de opdrachtgever, analyseren van de opdracht, en inwinnen van informatie bij stakeholders.

- Tekenen en Ontwerpen: Gebruik van tekensoftware en meettoestellen, ontwerpen van bouwconstructies, en verwerken van aanpassingen tijdens het ontwerp.

- Voorbereiding: Gebruik van software zoals MS-office en SAP, opstellen van meetstaten en lastenboeken, maken van kostenramingen, en inschatten van timing en prioriteiten.

- Werfleiding: Beheer van de werf, controle op uitvoering van werken met betrekking tot veiligheid, kwaliteit, en kwantiteit, en organisatie van logistieke flow.

- Administratie: Beheer van technische dossiers, site-tekeningen, vergunningen, en beoordeling van contractors.

- Responsible Care/SAFETY: Toepassing van veiligheidsprocedures en -normen, risicoanalyse, en deelname aan veiligheidsprogramma's.

Responsible to the Insulated panel manager for the panel line(s) under his supervision of the timely production of the panel production schedule, to the expected quality standards while optimizing the line KPI’s.

Specific responsibilities on results and quality

• Report daily in the engineering/production review meeting on the panel production KPI’s.
• Initiate all actions to improve output, scrap, utilization, uptime and speed.
• Ensure the panel production Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to.
• Ensure all panel line QC checks are carried out as instructed.
• Analyse manufacturing claims and participate weekly in the quality meeting.
• Support and assist on product trials on the line.
• Responsible for the housekeeping.

Specific administrative responsibilities

• Ensure at all times correct data and input for the KPI’s: check reject registration, correct standstill registration where needed.
• Check and fix pack labels, pack quantities and locations for MTS, MTO and 2nd choice.
• Ensure consumption of coil, chemical and consumables is according to the BOM and settings.
• Check and correct stock levels on the panel line work centre.

Specific HR responsibilities

• Minimise panel employee absence.
• Deliver regular briefings to the panel employees; feedback on quality, claims and KPI’s.
• Train, support and develop the panel shift supervisors.
• Ensure the panel line employees are trained and new staff is safely integrated in their team.
• Responsible for safety behaviour and safety results for the panel employees.
