Description
As a Customer Service employee within the logistics and supply chain team, you will be responsible for a very varied range of tasks:
1) Customer Service part:
- Being the first point of contact for customers regarding questions and orders.
- Order tracking from A-Z and provide timely updates on order status.
- Develop and manage relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Liaise with various departments such as sales, logistics, planning and finance.
- Coordinate with our supplying factories in Singapore, Japan and America.
2) Logistics and Supply Chain:
- Provide forecast monitoring and demand planning.
- Monitor inventory levels.
- Report monthly forecast and sales revenues to the Sales team
- Ensure shipments are picked up on time from our supply companies and that transportation runs smoothly.
