Als Service Delivery Manager ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor de aan jou toegewezen klanten en onderhoud je een duurzame relatie gericht op klanttevredenheid.

Jouw uitdaging:

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het contractuele toezicht op de leveranciers.Je hebt een grondig begrip van het Outsourcing, Maintenance & Support Contract en de naleving van de SLA's, en je delegeert taken aan de Service Engineers op basis hiervan.
• Je anticipeert proactief op risico's, fungeert als escalatiepunt en stelt oplossingen voor.
• Je profileert je als een "hands on" en vertrouwde gesprekspartner voor je klanten.
• Als SPOC communiceer je en lever je maandelijkse rapporten over Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management en Release Management.
• Je speelt een sleutelrol bij het opstellen van het Run-budget en bewaakt de capaciteitsplanning.
• Samen met de klant werk je het Service Delivery Plan uit en rapporteer je hierover periodiek.
• Je volgt de binnenkomende verzoeken/incidenten op in de service ticketing tool.
