 Je doet de voorbereiding van interventies en onderhoud en bespreekt de planning met de Service Manager

 Je beheert het logboek en volgt alle overige wettelijke en contractuele verplichtingen (pro)actief op (incl.motivatie lekbrieven)

 Je prospecteert naar nieuwe opportuniteiten bij zijn bestaande klanten

 Je organiseert/participeert periodieke klantenmeetings

 Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de diagnose van klanteninstallatie.

 Je bent verantwoordelijke voor voorbereiding van interventies en onderhoud en bespreekt de planning met de Service Manager

 Je doet on-site analyse van klantspecifieke vragen/problemen (bij overdracht, technische vragen, ….)

 Remote Technical support aan techniekers en ander onsite-personeel

 Je geeft de technische ondersteuning (indien vereist), bij opstart of indienstname van installaties in kader van RACI (pre-M10), toezicht op gebruik standaard parameters + opmaak standaard commissioning report

 Je bent verantwoordelijke voor het beheer van de technische documentatie

• Secure daily process of customer orders from order to delivery at customers' distribution centers, respecting customer delivery SLAs (e.g.today-for-today, 24-hours and 48-hours delivery on a 7 days per week operation)
• Take proper action on demand and supply alerts coming from the Proactive Stock Management Tool (PSMT) and APO
• Make optimal trade-offs in stock allocation across all customers from a total business perspective
• Update order management database (OMDB) in case of demand variations which lead to low cover or out of stocks
• Mitigate and support in supply when demand variations lead to stock availability issues
• Mitigate supply and demand risks in case of quality issues and stay in contact with the QA manager

The primary role of the SAP Plan To Maintain Project Manager is to work closely with customers to drive the successful delivery of IT projects, particularly around SAP S/4 Asset Management (EAM , IAM, IBP).

The Project Manager will facilitate the management of scope for the customer’s requirements, plan implementations and deliver to the planned scope and budget.

As Project Manager you will be part of the Project Delivery Service and report to your Team Lead, the Business Area Lead of the Plan to Maintain process.

Key responsibilities

• Leads project delivery from beginning to end;
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders;
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents following the company’s standard;
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary as per defined process;
• Ensure that project meets it’s deliverables in agreed schedule, as per the scope, within stipulated budget and as per the quality standards;
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team lead and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion;
• Ensures project or service scope and deliverables are defined and agreed with all relevant parties;
• Liaise with client (SNCB/MNBS), SAP and IT Teams on an ongoing basis;
• Diagnoses and evaluates potential risks and issues throughout the project and executes appropriate plans to mitigate them.Reports regularly to the Team Lead and Stakeholders with regard to risks,
• Be a key member of the overall Project Delivery Services Team
