Omschrijving

• Voorbereiden van auditdossiers volgens de vastgestelde methodologie en specifieke instructies van het auditteam.
• Maken van de benodigde mappen in het documentatietool en controleren of alle verplichte sjablonen aanwezig en correct ingevuld zijn.
• Uitvoeren van administratieve taken en invullen van Excel-werkboeken.
• Ondersteunen van de auditor bij het documenteren van de uitgevoerde audit.
• Helpen bij de voorbereiding van materialen voor klantopleveringen.
• Bieden van ondersteuning aan de auditteams bij ad-hoc projecten.
• Verantwoordelijk voor operationele ondersteuning en het zorgen voor tijdige en kwalitatieve dienstverlening aan interne en externe klanten.
• Toezicht houden op deadlines, onafhankelijkheid, deliverables en engagementstijd, en zorgen dat alles volgens plan verloopt.

Mission

As Cabin Crew Member, you are the perfect host for our passengers on board the aircraft.You recognize our passengers’ wishes at a glance and know how to give excellent service.You are also responsible for the cabin safety on board and apply company and Belgian Civil Aviation Authority procedures rigorously.

• You consistently arrive at work on time for the pre-flight briefing, fully prepared and adhering to company procedures and grooming standards.
• You ensure passengers receive the highest possible standard of safety, service and customer care.

Profile Requirements

• You have reached the age of 18 by the time the training starts
• You have already followed one year of higher education after secondary school
• You are a EU citizen or have the right to live and work in the EU
• You are able to provide a copy of your diploma (minimum A2)
• You have an international passport (still valid 6 months or longer)
• You are able to swim at least 25 meters
• You have excellent language skills in all three languages: English, French and Dutch
• You are available for at least 1 full month during the summer of 2025, preferably more, up to 4 full months (from June until September 2025)
• You are willing to work in an irregular working pattern and during weekends
• You have the necessary means of transportation to the airport, also in case you have very early or late flights
• You look forward to wearing the Brussels Airlines uniform with pride, strictly adhering to the internal style guide, including the rule that visible tattoos on the face, head, neck, and hands are not allowed
• After a positive selection, you pass the mandatory medical exam for Cabin Crew
