• Opvolgen van de werken die door externen worden uitgevoerd, waarbij jij erop toeziet dat milieu- en veiligheidsvoorschriften worden gehanteerd;
• Je zorgt ervoor dat de toestellen in de productie tijdig gekalibreerd worden dmv de kalibratievoorschriften;
• Opstellen van verbeteringsplannen om toekomstige problemen te vermijden;
• Opstellen van een preventief onderhoudsplan en de correcte uitvoering ervan;
• Op dagelijkse basis het leiden en coachen van jouw team en vinger aan de pols houden, samen verder kijken naar hun interne ontwikkeling binnen het bedrijf.
