You analyze requests and summarize them.

You develop proposals for technical requests and projects in collaboration with the responsible Key Account Manager to achieve the best balance of 'budget – scope – timing,' in line with the client's needs.

During the bidding process, you draw on various support departments such as engineering, logistics, HR, SHEQ, finance, etc.You coordinate their input and deliverables, respecting deadlines, to create a structured and high-quality proposal that meets both external and internal expectations.

You regularly consult with the responsible Key Account Manager and the sales support team about the proposed solution and make adjustments as necessary.

You gather the necessary cost inputs, prepare a price calculation, and discuss it with the Key Account Manager and/or management.

You submit proposals/tender documents accurately and on time after internal approval and follow up on the proposal with the Key Account Manager.

You respond to internal and external questions and make adjustments as needed.

You always act as a proud Sarens Ambassador and provide general sales support to the group.
