  • Job management:
    • Draft engaging job advertisements: write compelling job ads and post them on various job boards to attract quality candidates.
  • Candidate management:
    • Prepare candidate profiles: gather and format CVs for our recruitment consultants to facilitate candidate presentations to the clients.
    • Engage with candidates whenever necessary: proactively communicate with them by email to request their CVs, references, company information or confirm interviews.
  • Contract management:

  • Internal follow-up
    • Maintain accurate data records: keep our clients, candidates, jobs database, boards and lists up to date by recording all relevant data accurately and efficiently.
    • Generate weekly and monthly reports to track recruitment metrics and support commercial actions.
  • Ad-hoc tasks:
    • Collaborate on marketing initiatives: Assist the marketing team with commercial actions, including email campaigns, events, and other promotional activities.

  • Create and share comprehensive reports on domain name abuse prevention KPIs.

Product Ownership:

  • Oversee our protection tools.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and improvements.
  • Collaborate with tech, legal, and support teams to align product enhancements with user needs and compliance.
  • Evaluate product effectiveness and gather feedback from stakeholders.

Identity Validation Coordination:

  • Manage the identity validation team to ensure compliance and provide high-quality customer support.

Threat Intelligence, Analysis, and Reporting:

  • Collect and analyze data to identify and act on domain name abuse threats.
  • Review domain names regularly to detect and address abuse.
  • Report abuse cases to relevant parties, including law enforcement, and follow up on actions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for legal assessments and advice related to domain name abuse prevention.
