  • Addressing Customer Inquiries: Responding to customer queries, concerns, and requests through various communication channels, such as phone, email, or chat.
  • Problem Resolution: Effectively resolving customer issues by providing solutions, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Customer Assistance: Offering guidance, product knowledge, and assistance to customers to enhance their understanding and use of the company's products or services.
  • Maintaining Customer Records: Recording and maintaining accurate customer information, interactions, and transactions in the company's database or customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Account Managers will hold responsibility for growing revenue in existing Colt accounts and winning new business and logos within a respective region while minimizing churn and detecting opportunities for cross sell/up sell.What You Will Do New sales/Cross sell into existing customer base and/or new logo prospects where appropriate to the module. Develop the customer contact strategy and appropriate Colt alignment to manage and develop the relationship with existing customers and/or prospects.Identifies and understands customers business outcomes Works with colleagues across Colt to develop solutions that address and support the customers stated outcomes Defines and executes a compelling win strategy for each opportunity Work in partnership with customer success counterpart (field or desk based) to develop overall customer relationship to protect and grow Colt revenues Achieve/overachieve personal sales bookings targets selling Colt solutions & products to a defined base of existing customers or new logo prospects. Can manage a virtual sales team to sell Colt products and solutions Define and execute a compelling win strategy for each opportunity Accurate forecasting and pipeline management Apply and coach team members on Account development plans Able to leverage data insights and client understanding to prioritise sales activity across customer or prospect modules.
