  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient working environment.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and internal communications, ensuring timely responses.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist in organizing company events or travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, proofread, and maintain important documents, reports, and presentations for various departments.
  • Order and track office supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained and replenished when needed.
  • Provide administrative support to different departments, including HR, finance, and marketing, as required.
  • Maintain filing systems (both digital and physical) for efficient retrieval and organization of company records.

Our client is an impartial body specialized in the inspection and certification of construction products for the road and infrastructure sector, such as concrete, asphalt, and aggregates.Their 60 employees contribute daily to improving quality in construction, staying on top of new trends, and fostering the sustainability of tomorrow.

Due to their expanding activities, they are seeking a Digital Transformation Manager to oversee and shape their digital transformation.

The Digital Transformation Manager helps establish the digitization strategy and is responsible for its implementation.

After a training period, you will oversee various digitization projects: 

  • You will develop into an expert in the digitization of our activities.
  • Depending on the project, you will collaborate with internal staff and external partners and report to the Support Manager.
  • You identify opportunities and anticipate new developments in digitization.
  • You assess the feasibility and risks associated with new digitization projects.
  • You monitor time allocation, financial expenditures, and requirements for digitization projects.
  • You organize meetings with internal managers and external partners of specific digitization projects and provide guidance.
  • You follow external needs related to digitization and data exchange.
  • When necessary, you liaise with certificate holders, public construction authorities (Flanders, Wallonia, Brussels), other certification or inspection bodies, contractors, etc.


You will work from the office in Zellik, but after the onboarding period, there is the possibility to work from home several days a week.
