Duties and Responsibilities:

• Schedule and organize video calls with Sales Engineers.
• Ensure the Sales Engineer connects their laptop and mobile phone via Microsoft Teams and shares their mobile screen.
• During each call, manage the process where the camera scans the product code, so the serial number appears next to the product on the list.
• Ensure all product codes are scanned from existing stickers.
• Verify all products on the list have corresponding serial numbers.
• 8-20 meetings per day, depending on the product line and number of products.

As a Cloud & Dev.Ops Engineer you get to play a key role in managing the Cloud infrastructure (Azure) and streamlining the software deployment process of our inhouse developed application platform.

Part of your main responsibilities will be:

• Manage and monitor all installed systems, infrastructure, and application deployments on Azure Cloud.
• Deploy infrastructure and applications and make sure they are in line with our corporate policies.
• Make sure the Cloud infrastructure, systems and applications are secure, reliable, and deployed in an efficient way.
• Document and design processes / procedures and keep them up to date.

As Clinical Project Manager (CPM) at SGS you will provide leadership to a (cross-functional) team in the execution of clinical research projects You will manage the project as such that the sponsor's expectations are met within the constraints of the budget allotted to the project.

You may also be involved in the pre-award process, the development of the project budget and related documents as well as client meetings, including bid defense meetings, if applicable.

You will develop and manage the overall project planning and implementation, and you will be the primary liaison between the sponsor, the SGS project team, vendors and the site participating in the study throughout the lifecycle of the project.

You will perform general supervision of the project and will liaise with the coordinating team members of the different parties involved in the execution of the project, in order to ensure the assigned trial is conducted in accordance to the contract and in compliance with 1) the applicable regulatory requirements, 2) the pre-defined procedures, 3) the applicable quality standards and 4) the mutually accepted work scope, study protocol and timelines.

You will work pro-actively with the study team members to identify potential issues that might impact the execution of the project and/or the budget in any way and will provide contingencies to accommodate the needs of the assigned project.
