We employ over 300 highly skilled, passionate and enthusiastic employees.Our Operations department is currently looking for an OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR:The Supervisor ensures the proper preparation and follow up of their team's activities in accordance with the applicable company standards.They manage the distribution of work to achieve the weekly objectives and any priorities communicated by the Operations Manager.Your role:You organize and supervise the work within your team (technical performers: Jet Engine Mechanics, Inspectors, and Repair Operators) alternating between two shifts (6AM 2PM, 2PM 10PM);You provide practical support to the team on the engine or engine sub assembly using equipment specific to the field of activity;You participate in on the job team meetings, ensuring problem resolution and continuous improvement of the production process;You regularly communicate with the Operations Shift Manager about important matters related to the daily functioning of your team and ensure handover to guarantee the smooth continuity of activities;You ensure and verify that safety, hygiene, quality rules and work regulations are properly applied within the company;You continuously evaluate the performance and attitude of your team members and provide guidance for continuous improvement;You regularly and effectively communicate with support services, management, Safran Group, instructors, and potential subcontractors.

We employ over 300 highly skilled, passionate and enthusiastic employeesThe Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for managing and supporting all departments in their search for operational performance improvement, coordinating continuous improvement activities of all the unit and supporting processes of SAESB.He acts as interface of the Model Factory Unit, ensuring methodological alignment in those matters of continuous improvement.He actively contributes to the continuous improvement culture development by means of its annual roadmap, promotion and active communication (in collaboration with our internal communication structure).Your role:* Leads continuous improvement projects and strategy across the Model Factory Unit;* Looks at current processes and working to improve areas such as Safety, Quality and Operational Excellence;* Develops and maintains the projects master plan, aligned with the Safran Group's guidelines and company's vision, measures progresses and ensures results achievement;* Works to identify areas of concern and conduct route cause analysis and implement improvements;* Promotes the Safran Group's Continuous Improvement (CI) vision and translates it into a local strategy of implementation;* Basic knowledge in various tools such as Lean, six sigma, 5s and Kaizen methodologies (nice to have);* Communicates about changes, progresses and performances.

  • You will advice on share-related compensation such as stock options, warrants, share plans … as well as the implementation of this advice in the payroll
  • You will advice on salary-optimisations
  • You will advice on the Belgian special tax regime for impatriates
  • You will follow closely changes in the tax, social security and migration legislation
  • You will have direct customer contact and will manage the client files assigned to you while relying on the support of a senior consultant and working in team
  • You will have direct contact with our payroll and labour law team in Belgium.
