• Update Progress with the adequate information
• Release report and certificates
• Check the quality of the tasks performed (in the case of subcontracting to another CAM, for example) Perform the “4 eyes check” procedure for applications managed by other Conformity Assessment Managers
• Avoid possible conflicts of interest in services and inform the BUM or GM in good time
• Correct use of progress as to ensure the capturing of the full certification process until invoicingcertification

Research and Development

• Research new formulation approaches and innovative technologies for adjuvants, bio-stimulants, and bio-crop protection products.
• Design and execute experiments to develop robust formulations for various products.
• Design and conduct Stability Studies and Product Testing Procedures to ensure formulations meet commercial criteria.Key evaluations include efficacy, microbial stability, p.H measurements, physical properties (viscosity, dispersion, particle size, emulsion/suspension, etc.), compatibility testing (container, tank mix, etc.), and ASTM methods.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to formulations and sustainable practices.

Product Support

• Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure successful product development.
• Provide technical support to the Product Development organization.
• Participate in the technical transfer of formulation processes to contract manufacturing facilities, including site visits.
• Contribute to patent applications.

Laboratory Management

• Plan and manage resources, materials, and logistics required to conduct formulation development activities.
• Analyse data, interpret results, and provide recommendations for target and formulation improvements.
• Assemble and maintain testing and formulation equipment.
• Prepare laboratory notebooks, technical reports, summaries, protocols, and methods for the development of adjuvants, bio-stimulants, and biopesticides.

• Check and fix pack labels, pack quantities and locations for MTS, MTO and 2nd choice.
• Ensure consumption of coil, chemical and consumables is according to the BOM and settings.
• Check and correct stock levels on the panel line work centre.

Specific HR responsibilities

• Minimise panel employee absence.
• Deliver regular briefings to the panel employees; feedback on quality, claims and KPI’s.
• Train, support and develop the panel shift supervisors.
• Ensure the panel line employees are trained and new staff is safely integrated in their team.
• Responsible for safety behaviour and safety results for the panel employees.
