IT System Engineers who will provide On-site & Calling support to our clients.
- Supporting End Users
- Maintain and administrating our clients’ network, servers and computers systems
- Ensure that all computing operations run with optimal performance and security
- Contribute to troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
- Work on evolution project
- Work on technical budget evaluation
What You Will Be Doing
- Maintaining and configuring the network, servers and computers, including hardware, system software, data storage, applications and Vo.IP telco.
- Sustaining network integrity, server deployment, and security ( monitoring internal backups, access controls, VPN IPSEC connection, firewalls and intrusion detection systems…).
- Be available for the Users to help them to resolve the problems they face in using their workstations environment
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues and outages when they arise
- Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary
- Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and
- Providing technical support when
- Be part of evolution plan reflection and proposal
- Contributing to documenting IT infrastructure, assets, software implementation and any processes which employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system.
The System engineer will be part of experienced team and will be flexible & open to a variety of tasks and projects.
