Company Overview: Atrias is dedicated to managing the service of the CMS and PPP applications, with IT services outsourced.Atrias provides interfacing services to market parties, including suppliers, TSOs, and DGOs, within the ITIL framework.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Problem & Change Analyst (PCA) to join our Message Exchange (MEX) service domain.The role focuses on problem and change analysis within the functional areas of Structure, Rectification, Measure, and Cross, excluding batch processing and BI-reporting.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhancement Management: Work on improvements deployed in major and minor releases.
  • Business and Technical Coordination: Complete business requirements, present problems and changes to governance fora, review functional and technical requirements with the service provider, and create test scenarios.
  • Documentation and Testing: Develop work instructions for first and second line incident solvers and conduct limited testing activities, with end-to-end testing managed by the testing team.
  • Incident Resolution: Act as third line for incident resolution, coordinating with the IT vendor and market parties.Engage in work-groups to review and prioritize changes.
  • MIG Document Expertise: Possess strong knowledge of MIG documents and their application to CMS implementation.
  • Mentorship: Coach and guide junior PCAs.

As a Testing Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.You will lead a team of testing professionals, providing central guidance, services, and establishing best practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all software undergoes thorough and rigorous testing to meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of testing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to team members.
    • Ensure adequate staffing levels and skillsets to meet project demands.
       
  2. Testing Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans for each project, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
    • Collaborate with project managers, development teams, and stakeholders to define testing scope, requirements, and success criteria.
  3. Quality Assurance
    • Establish and enforce testing standards, methodologies, and best practices across projects and teams.
    • Oversee the creation and execution of test cases, scripts, and scenarios to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
    • Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
  4. Risk Management
    • Identify potential risks and quality issues early in the SDLC, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
    • Conduct root cause analysis and post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and prevent future issues.
  5. Stakeholder Communication
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for testing-related matters, providing regular updates and status reports to project stakeholders, leadership, and clients.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize testing efforts and resolve issues in a timely manner.
