Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Test  Manager to join our Transformation department and support our company's transformation journey.The role involves working on various medium to large projects, often concurrently, within the ‘Transformation’ team.The goal is to ensure high quality and reliability of our insurance products and services through comprehensive testing processes.

The team currently comprises five internal colleagues eager to welcome a skilled test manager to guide them!

 

Your Responsibilities

As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for leading the transformation projects within the department.Your key responsibilities include:

  •  Defining the Long-term Vision of the Test Factory: Focus on organization, governance, and methodology to create a reliable testing capability.
  •  Ensuring Requirement Completeness: Review and validate requirements to guarantee comprehensive test coverage.
  •  Defining Test Strategy: Develop and communicate a robust test strategy tailored to different projects.
  •  Creating Test Scenarios: Design detailed test scenarios to be executed by the team.
  •  Coordinating Test Execution: Work closely with external testing teams to coordinate the execution of test cases, and prepare scenarios for further automation.
  •  Standardizing Methodologies and Processes: Establish and deploy standard methodologies, governance frameworks, and processes across the test factory.
  •  Managing Testing Professionals: Lead external testing professionals and oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive test strategies.
  •  Ensuring Quality Standards: Ensure that all products and services meet the highest quality standards.

Als Transformation ManagerFunerals ben jeverantwoordelijk voor het implementeren van de gedefinieerde veranderingen die Verzorgen heeft gesteld in het masterplan.

Het primaire doel van de Transformation Manager Funerals bestaat uit:

  • het inhoudelijk besturen en aansturen van de succesvolle ontplooiing en implementatie van kritieke programma's of projecten die de transformatie binnen Verzorgen mogelijk maakt;
  • alsook het aandachtig zijn voor de menselijke impact die deze veranderingen teweeg zal brengen en er gepast naar te handelen.

Jouw uitdaging 

  • inhoudelijke vertaling van de strategische objectieven naar noodzakelijke stappen en initiatieven;
  • beheren, bewaken en inhoudelijk bijsturen van de realisatie van deze toekomstige situatie;
  • risico’s identificeren gelinkt aan de weg naar de toekomstige situatie en daarbij ontwikkelen van een strategie om deze aan te pakken;
  • instaan voor een gepaste communicatie binnen de eigen organisatie en tal van stakeholders, mbt deze Strategische richting en de onderliggende objectieven;
  • creëeren van een systeem om het succes van eventuele aanpassingen binnen de organisatie te evalueren en presenteren van eventuele bevindingen;
  • geeft inhoudelijk leiding en advies aan het core team;
  • aansturen van een specifieke cadans en tijdlijn;
  • in nauw overleg treden met centrale PMO teneinde de strategische realisatie in het volledige masterplan te kunnen aantonen en overeen te stemmen welke tijdelijke projectstructuren ideaal zijn om de verander-initiatieven aan te pakken.

What you'll do

  • Gather requirements and insights through workshops, interviews, and analysis.
  • Map processes in BPMN and recommend improvements together with our strategist.
  • Design intelligent solutions together with the development team.
  • Design, develop and maintain artifacts focused on analysis of requirements, metrics, and reporting dashboards.
  • Consult, develop and implement metrics, automated reporting and process solutions, and process improvements to meet business needs.
  • Retrieve, aggregate and compile data from multiple sources into an actionable format to enable effective decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver business requirements reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks.

 

What you're good at

  • You are quick on your feet: you dive into documents and become an expert in the client's business in no time.
  • You have a notion of best practices around software development project methodologies: Agile, Scrum, waterfall, iterative, and others.
  • You have experience with analyzing IT technical activities, mapping out processes, and facilitating workshops and interviews.
  • You have a solid foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure components.
  • You have excellent communication skills: you can effortlessly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and/or English.Proficiency in French is a big plus.
