Als Business Performance Analyst rapporteer je aan de Business Performance Manager en omvat je takenpakket drie hoofdgebieden: strategie, analyse en storytelling.

• Je draagt bij aan strategische projecten, bent mede verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie en opvolging ervan, en hebt een helicopterview om doelstellingen, KPI's en targets te volgen en om te zetten in actieplannen;
• Je identificeert verbeterprojecten, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van kostenoptimalisatie en rendementsanalyses;
• Je ondersteunt bij CAPEX-projecten en werkt nauw samen met de finance-afdeling en andere interne stakeholders;
• Je vertaalt de uitkomst van analyses, projecten of strategische initiatieven in een gestructureerd en duidelijk verhaal/presentatie voor het directieniveau;
• Je ondersteunt bij M&A-projecten, van het opbouwen van een target-pijplijn tot due diligence en integratietrajecten;
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en onderhouden van aangepaste Power BI-rapporten en dashboards, en andere rapportagetools indien nodig.
