We have just released a new version of our software and are incredibly ambitious.That is why we are looking for an enthusiastic business developer to become the growth specialist for our recruitment software Talentfinder and recruitment campaigns Talentboost.

You take control of the entire sales cycle, from lead to deal:

  • You research and identify potential customers, make contact via phone, email and social media and build valuable relationships.
  • You will work together with our marketing team to set up campaigns and generate leads.
  • You qualify leads and generate interest by delving into their needs and challenges.
  • You will convince HR managers and recruiters, as well as Directors and CEOs, of our tool(s) with engaging demos and presentations.
  • You follow up on deals, negotiate and create sustainable partnerships with companies in Belgium and abroad.
  • Throughout the entire process, you will know how to position yourself as a real recruitment expert.
  • Depending on your goals and interests, there is the possibility to also include the account management of your own customers.

You work closely with the entire Talentfinder team: your sales colleagues, the customer support team and our (tele)marketers.Your manager Jeroen is actively committed to growth in Flanders together with you and will assist you with a clear framework and the necessary support.
