Your Role


As the responsible project manager for our five sites in Belgium, you'll ensure the on-time and on-budget delivery of new projects and oversee the maintenance all the buildings on the different sites.Your responsibilities will include:


* You lead the timely and cost-effective delivery of new projects, aligning with real estate standards defined by Bemchimmo (sister company of Puratos).


* You supervise the construction and renovation of buildings, ensuring quality and compliance.


* You provide expert advice and oversee new construction or renovation projects for Bemchimmo assets.



* You champion the maintenance of assets, focusing on sustainability for long-term value.


* You oversee premises usage, managing safeguards like security, insurances and fire protection measures.


* You ensure that Puratos operates and maintains premises in an effective and sustainable way.
