About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will act as a key partner to business leaders, driving the recruitment strategy and ensuring the acquisition of top talent that aligns with our organisational goals for your region.
This role is responsible for recruitment across Belgium and Switzerland.

  • Manage a portfolio of requisitions, managing the full end to end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including HR, business leaders, and external partners.
  • Proactively network and engage in the local market to identify and build talent pipelines.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and preferences and align hiring demand to their workforce plans.
  • Support the business with the development of job descriptions, and create effective sourcing strategies.
  • Review CV's and applications to assess candidate skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience.
  • Develop and conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and facilitate the selection process, providing advice and guidance to the business leaders as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the TA sourcing specialists to identify key pipeline roles and develop engagement strategies to keep talent communities warm.
  • Liaise with hiring managers and HR to ensure offer process and onboarding processes are smooth and best in class.
  • Lead on local community engagement or careers fair events and PR initiatives in conjunction with the business and local marketing teams.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates for all positions.
  • Stay updated with market trends, industry news, and talent demands.

As HR Manager you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Business Partner
    • Provide strategic HR advice to the Management Team and employees regarding employee relations, benefits, policies, best practices, etc.
    • Ensure improvements to processes to better support business operations
  • Recruitment and selection
    • Work closely with recruiters to ensure the right resources are in place
  • Employee lifecycle
    • Ensure the right resources and strategies are in place to support the whole employee lifecycle and best experience, from attracting to offboarding
    • Further develop the employer branding strategy to optimize the talent retention results and develop strategies to maximize employee engagement
  • Payroll
    • Ensure a smooth collaboration with the external payroll partner and operational payroll processes
  • Compensation & Benefits
    • Ensure that Compensation & Benefits policies are and remain competitive based on continuous market analysis
    • Provide clear guidance and advice on compensation and bonus proposals where necessary
  • Learning & Development
    • Work closely with the HRBP on initiatives around topics such as culture, values and leadership across the organization
    • Develop and optimize the Talent Management practises
  • Supervise a HR officer and ensure HR operational excellence is continuously delivered

Als HR Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het payrollproces van A tot Z en voor de rapportering in samenwerking met onze huidige partner SD Worx.

Concreet zijn je taken:

  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden voor personeelsdossiers en aanverwante sociale documenten, zoals het opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten en bijlagen, tijdskredietbestanden, het berekenen van vakantierechten, het opvolgen van verzekeringen, arbeidsongevallen en het bedrijfswagenpark (22 auto's);
  • Het eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor werknemers met betrekking tot beloning, personeelsadministratie en sociale wetgeving;
  • De integratie van nieuwe werknemers en het vertrek van werknemers die het bedrijf verlaten faciliteren;
  • Samen met de betreffende manager, of de recruitmentverantwoordelijke, zorgen voor de werving en selectie van nieuwe medewerkers;
  • Recruitmentcampagnes opzetten via sociale media en andere kanalen;
  • De trainingsbehoeften en het ontwikkelingspotentieel van medewerkers bepalen en de benodigde trainingen opzetten en organiseren;
  • Toezien op en faciliteren van de performance management cyclus.

Het team

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan Ingrid Quinet (Chief Legal Officer), een integer persoon met een teamgeest, beschikbaar, zeer menselijk en vol ideeën voor de ontwikkeling van het bedrijf.

Het team bestaat uit 45 mensen, waarbij een sterke coöperatieve instelling en een zeer vriendelijke sfeer heersen.
